REMINDER: Membership Dues Due by April 30, 2017
|The Capital City Quilt Guild annual membership dues ($30.00) are due by April 30. Payments will be accepted at the April CCQG general meeting or may be sent by mail to the membership chair. Please try to get your payment in on time. There is a $5.00 late fee for dues received after April 30.
|We had a great National Quilting Day at the Holt Presbyterian Church. Not everyone that signed up came due to heavy fog and road conditions.|
We want to thank Jan Babcock for obtaining the church for us and SueAnn Cole and her committee for organizing our day. Also, thanks to Lorraine Johnson for her demo on binding and Jan Kelley for her demo on the cathedral window pot holder. Thanks to Ann and Nicole from Country Stitches for vending and doing some raffles for some of their items.

Capitol City Quilt Guild (CCQG) was organized in March, 1984, to encourage fellowship, cooperation, and learning among area quilters and to promote public appreciation for creativity and high standards for quilting. CCQG is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization giving to the community education, hosting quilt shows to spread the art of quilting. The Guild members make and donate quilts for various charities and as well as provide free education seminars for the public on the art of quilting.
